Typical market reference ranges for 2026 (per vehicle, driver included — not our quote; actual price depends on route):
- Sedan (1–4 pax): about NT$5,000–8,000
- 9-seater van (5–9 pax): about NT$7,000–11,000

Airport transfer fixed pricing
Airport transfers are usually fixed price (no meter). Common ranges:
- Taoyuan Airport ↔ central Taipei: sedan about NT$1,000–1,600, van about NT$1,600–2,200
- Fixed fares usually already include tolls, parking and reasonable waiting time; red-eye / late-night flights may carry a surcharge

What's included, and the hidden fees to watch
A proper charter quote usually already includes: driver, fuel, tolls, parking, passenger insurance, and driver meals. Watch for these easy-to-miss items:
- Driver accommodation on multi-day trips: typically about NT$1,000–1,500 per day, paid by the traveler
- Overtime: hours beyond the agreed time are charged hourly
- Remote / high-mountain sections: some routes cost extra for mileage and time
- Peak season and public holidays: Lunar New Year, cherry-blossom season and New Year may have peak rates
- Admission tickets and meals: never included
- Tips: Taiwan has no mandatory tipping culture — tip only if you're happy
